SCOTTSDALE, AZ — NowAuto, Inc. announced on January 13 that it has begun shipping Navicom GPS tracking units to distributors and retailers across the U.S. Navicom has recently changed its sales model to become a supplier to distributors and retailers rather than direct sales. The strategy is designed to increase sales, lower costs, and generate greater monthly service fees. Navicom creates satellite maps on the Internet to show the vehicle within a five-foot range giving latitude, longitude, address, speed, direction, date and time. Using the Internet and GPS technology powered by Navicom, subscribers can access their vehicles in 98 percent of the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. The integrated functionality of Navicom includes immediate location, speed, direction, geo-fence notification, unlock/lock door, enable/disable starter, and many other features.
