Motorlease Corporation has promoted Dave Deslauriers to business development manager, the Farmington, Conn.-based fleet management company has announced.
Deslauriers will focus on enhancing Motorlease's lead-generation and referral process, delivering qualified sales leads, and tracking those leads through the selling cycle, according to the company.
He will also be responsible for expanding the company's digital and social media brand presence, and assisting with the development of marketing and digital media. Deslauriers joined Motorlease in 2015 as an inside sales account executive. Prior to Motorlease he held business development roles in the recruitment and finance industries.
"During his time at Motorlease, Dave has had a measurable impact in improving our sales process," said Beth Kandrysawtz, CEO of Motorlease. "We believe this new role will help him continue to grow professionally and help us meet our challenging sales and marketing targets."
Deslauriers is based out of the company's Farmington headquarters.
