Mopar Express Lane opened its 1,000th store in the United States in Bradley, Illinois.
Mopar Express Lane opened its 1,000th store in the United States in Bradley, Illinois. The opening of the 12,500-square-foot oil change and light maintenance service facility was attended by company officials and industry stakeholders.
“Reaching our 1,000th operational Mopar Express Lane location reinforces the commitment of our brand and our dealerships to providing a top-notch customer experience,” said Pietro Gorlier, head of parts and service for Mopar, FCA global.
The facility, which is offered at many FCA US LLC dealerships, also represents the first official offsite standalone Express Lane store, according to the company.
The facility utilizes products such as Pennzoil and Magneti Marelli. More than 1,850 dealers offer Mopar Express Lane services. Mopar Express Lane stores can be found in more than 15 countries, including Brazil, Saudi Arabia, and Japan, according to the company.
Dealerships adding Mopar Express Lane service average a 42% increase in business/sales within the first year and a 40% increase in total oil sales within the first year, according to the company.
