ST. PAUL, MN – The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) will enroll 2,000 drivers in GreenDriver's online training and certification program.The department expects to "reduce fuel consumption by at least 5 percent, which equates to about 70,000 gallons of fuel and 600,000 lbs. of CO₂ annually."

GreenDriver's online course is based on industry best practices and fact-based studies that teach drivers to understand how vehicle maintenance, trip preplanning, and small changes in behavior can directly impact fuel consumption and CO₂ output.
