Cincinnati-based Mike Albert Fleet Solutions has hired Anne Pezel as the new chief operating officer for the fleet management company.

Pezel joined Mike Albert's executive team this February to streamline business processes and prepare the company for its projected growth. She brings over 20 years of leadership experiences from such roles as global program manager at NCR Corp., vice president of global supply chain at Perfetti Van Melle, and most recently vice president of global sales operations at telecommunications device and service provider Brightstar Corp.

"Anne's diverse background working in large, professionally managed companies as well as in family businesses will be an invaluable asset in streamlining processes while maintaining our client centric focus as we grow our business," said Marty Betagole, Mike Albert Fleet Solution’s president, when she introduced Pezel to the company's 207 employees at a recent staff meeting.
