Merchants Fleet Management has been given the Coolest Company for Young Professionals award by Stay Work Play, the fleet management company announced.
This award is given to companies in New Hampshire that create environments to attract and retain young professionals (specifically ages 40 and under). A panel of judges representing the young professional community from across the state selected Merchants as the winner.
A significant factor that allowed Merchants to rise above the competition was the variety of programming and benefits they offer to all employees; from educational and mentor opportunities to health/wellness options and community involvement.
"We are so excited to have won this award," said Mike Reilly, chief human resources officer. "It is essential to our continued growth to regularly connect with the young professionals of the community and attract them to Merchants."
Other finalists for this recognition included CoreMedial Group, FoodState, Lindt & Spungli, Right Networks and Scribe Software.
