Merchants Fleet Hires Brian Piern as VP of Regional Sales
Piern will lead Merchants’ regional sales team, focusing on expansion into key markets and delivering fleet solutions to meet the diverse needs of Merchants’ clients throughout North America.

Brian Piern, who was hired as VP of Regional Sales at Merchants Fleet, has a 15-year career in the commercial fleet industry, most recently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Lion Electric.

Merchants Fleet has hired Brian Piern as its Vice President of Regional Sales.
In his new role, Piern will lead Merchants’ regional sales team, focusing on expansion into key markets and delivering fleet solutions to meet the diverse needs of Merchants’ clients throughout North America.
"Merchants Fleet has established itself as the destination for top industry talent, and I look forward to working with some of the brightest minds in the industry to continue the company’s legacy of exceptional service and innovation for our clients," Piern said.
Piern joins Merchants as he marks a 15-year career in the commercial fleet industry, during which he held senior sales roles at GE Capital, Element Fleet Management, XL Fleet, and most recently Chief Commercial Officer at Lion Electric.

Piern is a graduate of Towson University in Maryland with an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina.
