Steven Kantor has been named vice president of corporate fleet sales, East division, for LeasePlan USA. For the past 11 years, Kantor has been LeasePlan’s regional vice president for the Northeast region. In his new position, he will oversee sales in the eastern half of the U.S. Phil Brennan, vice president of corporate fleet sales, West division, will continue to manage the sales organization in the western states.
