Kimberly Fisher of NOV was named the 2025 Global Fleet Manager of the Year Award at the Fleet Forward Conference in San Diego. Chris Brown, associate publisher of Automotive Fleet, presented the award on October 22.

“The awardees run thousands and thousands of vehicles, with help from across the globe,” said Brown. “Their job is strategic, and extremely intricate.”

Fisher began her career in fleet management with Cardinal Health, where she spent a decade overseeing operations and building her expertise. In 2011, she joined NOV, where she continued to advance in the field. After four years as a fleet manager, her strong performance earned her a global role leading travel and fleet operations.

Five years later, she stepped into her current position as director, where she continues to drive innovation and leadership across the organization.

Under her leadership, NOVs management expanded from a regional to a global scale.

“I love my job and this industry,” said Fisher. “I cannot begin to thank all of the people who have helped me in my career. I’m passionate about giving back to upcoming fleet managers who are asking questions.”

Fisher manages a global fleet of over 5,000 vehicles and has served on various advisory boards, including those with Element Fleet Management, General Motors, Delta Air Lines' Oil & Energy Council, and BWH Hotels' Energy Advisory Board.

“We’re good at that in this industry — at asking questions. And I’m so thankful for that.”

Fisher was the recipient of the Global Fleet Visionary of the Year in 2021. In 2023, Fisher won the Edward J. Bobit Fleet Manager of the Year award.
