The new program combines the traditional processes for the collection of damage claims against third party motorists and owners with outsourcing to fleet managers. The program allows fleet managers to develop a fleet profile, customize settings to suit their specific needs, and options to streamline operations. “We want fleet managers to use JNR as an extension of their staff, we offer a huge banquet of services, and we will now be able to offer more flexibility on the same great contingency basis,” the company said. JNR is an accredited collection agency, licensed and bonded in all states.
