J. J. Keller Introduces Online Vehicle Maintenance Application
NEENAH, WI – Maintenance Manager Online provides a central place to schedule and record common maintenance, report on repair orders, schedule mechanics, and track inventory of vehicle parts.
NEENAH, WI – J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. introduced Maintenance Manager Online, a secure, Web-based application for motor carriers to track and manage daily preventive maintenance tasks.
Maintenance Manager Online provides a central place to schedule and record common maintenance, report on repair orders, schedule mechanics, and track inventory of vehicle parts. Users can access information through their Internet account, allowing companies with multiple locations or terminals to have consistent and complete PM data immediately available.
The application's home page provides alerts and reminders of key maintenance needs or service requirements. Users can monitor parts inventory levels in order to make sure vehicle parts are on hand or ordered, and can identify where specific parts are located. Maintenance ManagerOnline also allows users to generate a number of reports for unit maintenance, such as cost detail, fuel economy, preventive maintenance due, preventive maintenance status, and repair order detail reports.
Companies can readily access inventory levels and preventive maintenance schedules, as well as generate reports for all levels of their company, with no IT investment to maintain in-house software, according to Chad Govin, J. J. Keller Corporate Services sales manager.
Maintenance Manager Online operates as a stand-alone application and also integrates with J. J. Keller Mobile, in-cab technology developed by J. J. Keller that tracks driver and vehicle performance.
