"Murray and I were close friends in the early days (early 70s) when he, Bud Morrison, Bob McGarvey, and other New York fleet managers used to meet at the Sheraton Bar to discuss business over refreshments," Bobit recalled. "He was always known for his personalized service to his many customers and will be warmly remembered for being active to make us all professionals."
