Hyundai is expanding its Blue Link connected vehicle system for its 2018 models to include three years of complimentary services across three packages that provide remote controls, maintenance alerts, and stolen vehicle recovery.

Hyundai is expanding its Blue Link connected vehicle system for its 2018 models to include three years of complimentary services across three packages that provide remote controls, maintenance alerts, and stolen vehicle recovery.
Hyundai previously offered its Blue Link services as a three-month trial, according to the company.

The 2018-MY lineup will include complimentary Blue Link for three years for the trio of packages including Connected Care, Remote, and Guidance. Connected Care includes automatic collision notification, enhanced roadside assistance, SOS emergency assistance, a monthly vehicle health report, and a maintenance alert.
The Remote package adds remote door lock/unlock, remote horn and lights, remote vehicle start, climate control, car finder, alarm and panic notifications, stolen vehicle recovery, and vehicle immobilization. The Guidance package adds Google-powered destination search and send-to-car destination.
