Hyundai is adding remote door lock, remote start with climate control and a monthly vehicle health report as connected-vehicle services to its 2018 model-year lineup and 2017 Ioniq vehicles, the automaker has announced.
The features would be available on vehicles equipped with the Blue Link infotainment system.

The new services would roll out with the 2018 Elantra GT, Santa Fe Sport, and Sonata models. Hyundai debuted the reworked Sonata at the New York International Auto Show.
The 2018 Elantra GT and Sonata will also include an enhancement to the Blue Link Remote Start with Climate Control feature to include control of the rear defroster and heated side mirrors.
