Hyperion to Provide Suntech Devices on Sprint Network
Hyperion Partners will provide Suntech's telematics tracking devices to fleets for use on Sprint's 4G cellular network, the company has announced.

Hyperion Partners will provide Suntech's telematics tracking devices to fleets for use on Sprint's 4G cellular network, the company has announced.
The devices from Suntech, which is based in South Korea, will be able to handle tracking for vehicles, assets, and personal use. Hyperion Partners will provide the Suntech IoT devices as a Sprint Mobility Solutions Platinum partner and master agent. The company provides sales, logistics, distribution, and business development services.
Suntech, which was founded in 2001, has deployed more than 3 million devices around the globe.
The new devices will use the latest 4G technology known as Cat-M1, which provides "greater security, lower power consumption, and longer range of connectivity," according to the company.
"As a leader in 4G Cat-M1 hardware, Suntech is a natural fit for Hyperion Partners," said Dennis McSweeney, Hyperion's SVP of strategy and business development. "We are now able to offer a wide array of feature rich and cost competitive IoT devices to meet the growing needs of our customers."
Hyperion will begin shipping the devices by the end of May.
