Almost 5,000 hydrogen fueling stations will be deployed globally by 2032, according to a report published by Information Trends, a market research company based in Washington, D.C. "Global Market for Hydrogen Fueling Stations" predicts the stations will offer an aggregate capacity of 3 million kilograms per day.

The deployment of these stations is most prominent in Japan and Korea. In Europe, Denmark was the first country to implement hydrogen fueling infrastructure, while Germany plans to establish 400 hydrogen fueling stations in the next six years.

Hydrogen-powered vehicles have already been released by Toyota, Honda and Hyundai, while Audi and Mercedes-Benz are preparing to release their own fuel cell vehicles.
