TORRANCE, CA - Clean Cities of America and the 100 Best Fleets are sponsoring the Government Green Fleet Award, a comprehensive green fleet competition designed to serve as a complete blueprint to go "green and lean," according to Tom Johnson, 100 Best Fleets program organizer. The first prize is $1,000. The contest ends Sept. 4.
The City of Atlanta used the achievement recognition to help secure a $5 million grant.
