GPS Insight, a technology leader in GPS fleet tracking software, moved their headquarters to the top floor of the iconic Henkel Building in Scottsdale, Ariz., on October 1, 2013.
The new headquarters provides GPS Insight with almost 50,000 sq. ft. of office space, as well as many shared amenities such as a 150 person training stadium, cafeteria, gym, rooftop garden, and underground parking for employees. The new space being leased is 3 times the size of the space where GPS Insight resided for the past 5 years. Henkel built this building in 2008 with a modern look which is well recognized in North Scottsdale at the Loop 101 and Scottsdale Rd.
GPS Insight has seen exceptional growth over the last few years and will now have enough space to continue the growth trajectory. GPS Insight plans to grow the employee count by 50% in 2014 and expects to have 100 employees by 2015.
Rob Donat, Founder & CEO of GPS Insight, said, “GPS Insight is thrilled to be moving into the Henkel building as our 4th headquarters in 9 years. Our significant growth ensures we will require much more space into the future, as well as higher quality amenities than we have had in the past. Henkel Corporation has graciously leased us exactly what we have been looking for in their magnificent building. We look forward to many years of growth in this tremendous location and appreciate Henkel’s help and spirit of partnership.”
