WASHINGTON – General Motors is recalling 12,626 2013 model-year Cadillac XTS vehicles to replace the rear-seat head restraints, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) reported.
In these recalled vehicles, the rear seat head restraints may not lock in the upright position after being folded forward. If the head restraint is at its lowest position and it falls forward, it will not meet height requirements set by federal safety standards.
