GM Prices 2014 Chevrolet Impala at Starting MSRP of $27,535

DETROIT – General Motors’ Chevrolet brand announced retail pricing information for its all-new 2014-MY Chevrolet Impala, which will start at $27,535, including an $810 destination charge. The automaker plans to offer three trim levels, LS, LT, and LTZ.
GM will offer three engine choices to customers, the 3.6L V-6, a newly designed 2.5L four-cylinder engine, and a 2.4L four-cylinder with eAssist. GM said it plans to offer the 3.6L, 305-horsepower-engine first in two models, the LT and LTZ. The LT equipped with that engine starts at an MSRP of $30,760. The LTZ model equipped with the 3.6L starts at $36,580, including destination charges. Models equipped with the 2.5L engine are priced at an MSRP of $27,535 for the LS; $29,785 for the LT; and $34,555 for the LTZ. The automaker hasn’t announced pricing for the 2.4L with eAssist and plans to do so at a later date.
The new Impala will be built in the Oshawa, Ontario, and Detroit-Hamtramck, Mich., assembly plants, according to GM.
