EDEN PRAIRIE, MN – GE Capital Solutions Fleet Services has launched its all-new my.FleetOffice in celebration of 11 years providing online fleet management tools to customers. With a new name, new look, new navigation, and new functionality, customers now have more management options in one place. The new design is organized by drivers, vehicles, and reports and includes multi-language access.

GE's Technical Advisory Board provided extensive input through design workshops to ensure the new navigation addresses customers' workflows — from ordering to remarketing — covering United States, Canada, and Mexico. A single-screen layout flows through all customer applications making transition between workflow steps smooth and fast.

Through its 11-year online history, GE has reached 5 million customer page hits per year; 30,000 individual customer users; and now 14 customer-facing modules that address the complete vehicle lifecycle.

Recent enhancements include:

  • Driver Management: GE's "Add Driver" online functionality makes it easier for fleet managers to add and manage drivers without the need for a driver/vehicle relationship. Key benefits include quick and easy vehicle assignments, reduced data entry time, and improved driver data accuracy.

  • Vehicle Configurator: GE's online vehicle configurator provides fleet managers with access to current manufacturer data and pricing to assist them in selecting vehicle make, model, and options. This facilitates a smooth and accurate vehicle ordering process.

  • Remarketing Online Management: GE's enhanced remarketing online management system provides real-time quotes, increasing the speed of several aspects of the remarketing process, including vehicle buyouts, and terminations. Customers access a comprehensive view of current vehicle book value, fair market value, related taxes, fees, and more.
