"In addition to the features Ford makes available exclusively to our fleet customers, we also have a wide range of options available for all our customers that many fleets choose to specify on their vehicles," said Tim Stoehr, Ford's general fleet marketing manager. "For example, safety is very important to fleets, so many will choose to add driver assist features like optional reverse sensing, lane-keeping assistance and Blind Spot Information System to their vehicles."

For the 2018 EcoSport, fleets will be able to add an engine block heater. For the Edge, fleets can add non-configurable daytime running lamps and an engine block heater. These are available on all trim grades.

For the Escape compact SUV, fleet equipment available across all trim grades includes the engine block heater and smoker's package. For the Escape S, fleets can add a fleet cargo management system, 110-volt/150-watt AC power outlet, non-configurable daytime running lamps, privacy glass, and reverse sensing system. The DRLs and reverse sensing system are also available with the SE trim.

The fourth-generation 2018 Expedition offers non-configurable daytime running lamps and an engine block heater across all trims and the fleet convenience package, power adjustable pedals and a reverse sensing system on the XL trim.

The Explorer offers the engine block heater, daytime running lamps, and a reverse sensing system. The Flex offers an engine block heater.

Ford offers several of these features to fleets who purchase its passenger cars, including the engine block heater on the Fiesta, Focus, Fusion, Mustang, Taurus, and C-Max Hybrid. The non-configurable daytime running lights can be added to the Focus, Fusion, and Taurus.
