On Aug. 15, J.D. Power & Associates announced its annual Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) results.
On Aug. 15, J.D. Power & Associates announced its annual Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) results. According to the survey, Ford Motor Company is statistically tied with General Motors for first place among the seven multi-divisional corporations in this year's J.D. Power and Associates Sales Satisfaction Index. With four brands ranking among the top 10 in the industry (Lincoln, Jaguar, Volvo and Mercury) and significant improvement by the Ford Brand, overall Ford Motor Company gains outpaced the industry average.
