The Fleet Safety Conference kicked off Monday evening in Schaumburg, Ill., and will offer sessions over the next two days about creating a positive safety culture at the corporate and fleet level.
Taking place at the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel in Schaumburg, Ill., the conference will cover topics such as using fleet data to increase safety, how to prevent cheating on e-logs, the downside of crash avoidance technology, in-cab safety technology, and preparing for upcoming FMCSA rules.
Additionally, the conference will feature the annual Fleet Safety Awards ceremony, which honors the nation’s top fleet professionals whose efforts have promoted employee and public safety.
Meals and breaks will offer attendees time for networking.
The event is put on by Bobit Business Media, publishers of Heavy Duty Trucking, Automotive Fleet and other fleet-related and business-to-business publications.
