Organizers of the 2015 Fleet Safety Conference scheduled for July 13-15 in Schaumburg, Ill., have set a Jan. 9 deadline for submission of presentation proposals.

The Fleet Safety Conference is designed specifically for fleet, risk, safety, sales, human resources and EHS professionals. Sessions offer targeted education to help attendees markedly improve vehicle fleet safety.

Product-neutral proposals for conference presentations should be submitted in the body of an e-mail to Megumi Kaminaga, conference manager, at megumi.kaminaga@bobit.com no later than Jan. 9, 2015.

Proposals should include:

  • Presentation title

  • Three-sentence summary

  • Presenter’s name, title and organization

  • Session format and style (for example, roundtable discussion, video session, town hall, etc.)

  • Contact information.
