CLEVELAND, OHIO — Fleet Response's Client Advisory Board met for a three-day event February 27 through March 2. The meeting included a demonstration of the Driver History Profile (DHP) upgrades, including a presentation by Gerry Martin, president of AlertDriving and partner of Fleet Response.

Other highlights of the meeting included the unveiling of Fleet Response’s new online client information tool, FleetSuite, which is scheduled to launch in May of this year. Fleet Response also gained helpful feedback on future educational events, the current marketing strategy, effective client communications and other needs in accident management for fleets.
