Fleet Response Expands Office
CLEVELAND - Fleet Response hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony for their office expansion on Oct. 7. The expansion will allow for the increase of existing operations and provide expanded workstations for their employees.

CLEVELAND- Fleet Response hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony for their office expansion on Oct. 7. The expansion will allow for the increase of existing operations and provide expanded workstations for their employees.
"We've been very fortunate to be able to grow our client base and expand products to existing clients during these tough economic times," said Scott Mawaka, president & COO. "With the market becoming more and more competitive, our reputation for exceptional customer service is proving crucial to our partnerships."
The expansion was fueled by the continued growth Fleet Response has witnessed in recent years including a fifteen percent increase in sales during the past twelve months. Current numbers show continued upward growth for the final quarter of 2009 and into 2010. Fleet Response has partnered with several new privately and government fleets to offer accident management, safety and maintenance programs.

Established in 1986, Fleet Response offers custom designed services for the fleet industry. Their programs include accident reporting, vehicle repair, salvage services, rental replacements, subrogation, preventative maintenance scheduling, major mechanical repair management, safety programs and loss recovery programs for self insured fleets.
