In her role, Sotoodeh will focus on identifying and recruiting the best and brightest candidates to ensure Fleet One's continued success. Prior to joining Fleet One, Laila was a Senior Recruiter with Kingery & Associates, a recruitment firm located in Nashville, where she specialized in the recruitment of healthcare, legal, sales, accounting, manufacturing, hospitality, IT, HR and management roles. Her previous roles included HR/Office Management, operations, customer services and administrative responsibilities.
