ATLANTA – Mark Leuenberger has been appointed fleet director of Cox Enterprises, effective July 7. Leuenberger was previously at Cox Communications, where he worked for 11 years, most recently as director of field service. After 21 years as the head of Cox's Fleet Management Department, Patsy Brownson will move into the role of manager, fleet relations. In this newly formed position, Brownson will retain many of her fleet director duties.

Brownson will be responsible for developing and maintaining external relationships with fleet-related trade associations, professional and industry organizations, regulatory agencies, auto manufacturers, suppliers, and dealers that benefit the operation and management of the Cox fleet. 

"In addition, I will continue to provide consultative guidance in the development and coordination of internal standardization and best practices teams, policies and procedures, and cross company services," Brownson said.
