The 2018 Fleet Europe Summit is set to take place Nov. 26 to 28, 2018 in Barcelona, Spain, which seeks to promote the sharing of ideas and best practices among international fleet and mobility management professionals and will also unveil the winners of this year’s Fleet Europe Awards.
Highlights of the upcoming Fleet Europe Summit includes the fifth meeting of the Global Fleet Advisory Board for Latin America; the meeting of the Global Fleet Managers Club; Geotab’s Mobility Connect event, which explores new opportunities and challenges in the fleet industry; an electric vehicle ride-and-drive; ample networking opportunities, and several automotive remarketing forums.
The winners of the Fleet Europe awards will also be revealed, which includes: Global Fleet Manager of the Year, European Fleet Manager of the Year, the International Fleet Hall of Fame, International Fleet Mobility Award, International Fleet Safety Award, and the international Fleet Innovation Award.
Speakers who will be featured at the Fleet Europe Summit this year includes Tex Gunning, CEO of LeasePlan; Colin Sutherland, executive VP of sales and marketing at Geotab; Guillaume de Subercasaux, Global Category Manager at Schindler; and more.
The summit’s Fleet Europe Forum will also address three hot topics at the event this year, which includes new financial models, fleet electrification, and autonomous mobility.
A Fleet Europe Awards Gala Dinner will be held on the last night of the summit, which will be followed by an after party hosted by Sixt. The Fleet Europe Village will also be open during the summit, which will feature more than 60 exhibitor booths and offer a space for networking.
The 2018 Fleet Europe Summit is produced by Nexus Communication, publisher of Fleet Europe magazine, which is also responsible for co-producing the Global Fleet Conference with Bobit Business Media.
The 2019 Global Fleet Conference is scheduled to be held June 4 - 6, 2019 at the Hilton Miami Downtown in Miami, Fla. The conference is known for its extensive coverage on global fleet management and networking opportunities.
