Fleet Day at Annual AltCar Expo This Friday
SANTA MONICA, CA - Fleet Day will take place Friday, Oct. 2 at the Annual Altcar Expo in Santa Monica, Calif.
SANTA MONICA, CA - Designed specifically for members of the NAFA Fleet Management Association and Motor and Equipment Manufacturers Association (MEMA) to learn about the latest news in alternative fuels, Fleet Day will take place Friday, Oct. 2 at the Annual Altcar Expo in Santa Monica, Calif.
The program will begin at 11 a.m. with an update on alternative fuels and advanced technology funding, presented by Peter Ward of the California Energy Commission, program manager for the AB118 Alternative and Renewable Fuel and Vehicle Technology Program. An update on the DOE's Clean Cities funding will also be provided.
A brief NAFA Pacific Southwest Chapter business meeting is scheduled for 1 p.m., followed by updates on the latest offerings from several OEMs, including: Honda, Toyota, General Motors, Ford, Rapid Electric Vehicles, Commuter Cars, AC Propulsion, Roush, and more.
The AltCar Expo is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is free. Parking costs $8.
