FCA US Safety VP to Retire
After 30 years with Chrysler, Scott Kunselman is retiring from the industry to accept an administrative position with Oakland University.

Scott Kunselman, FCA US senior vice president of vehicle safety and regulatory affairs, has decided to leave the company at the end of November to accept a university administrative position, FCA US announced.
Kunselman’s retirement comes after 30 years with Chrysler. His successor will be named at a later date, FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) US said in a released statement.
In December, Kunselman will join the senior administration of Oakland University. FCA US and Oakland University have a longstanding tradition of collaboration. Most recently, Kunselman served on the university’s board of trustees on behalf of the automaker.
“I want to thank Scott for his leadership and commitment to the Company, where he has served in a variety of executive roles since joining in 1985,” said Sergio Marchionne, CEO of FCA US LLC. “We wish him well in his next chapter at Oakland University."
