Fiat Chrysler Automobiles will offer a Mopar fleet parts and service program as a one-stop maintenance solution to assist fleets with uptime, driver safety, and competitive pricing, FCA announced at the National Association of Fleet Administrators (NAFA) Institute and Expo.

FCA will add the Fleet Preferred Mopar Express Lane program to dealerships that already offer Mopar Express Lane service. The program provides benefits such as extended hours, consistent national pricing, a dedicated nationwide network, OEM trained technicians and original parts, according to FCA.

"The Mopar brand is committed to taking care of our FCA fleet customers, and our new Fleet Preferred Mopar Express Lane maintenance program is the latest example," said Jim Sassorossi, director of Mopar fleet service and parts operations. "We're tapping into our Mopar Express Lane locations, many with extended hours, to offer fast, ease-of-process maintenance to deliver the kind of service that helps increase operational time for fleet vehicles."

Many Mopar Express Lane stores also utilize wiADVISOR technology in the service lane, a tool that gives technicians instant access to data such as recommended maintenance and required recall or warranty work for fleet vehicles. The tool helps improve uptime for fleet vehicles, with FCA US dealers able to serve as the sole location for recall and warranty work, in addition to routine maintenance.

Examples of nationwide maintenance pricing under the Fleet Preferred Mopar Express Lane Program include $3.50 to rotate the wheels (price per wheel); $29.95 for a basic oil change with up to 5 quarts; $135.65 for rear drum brake service, including shoes/resurface drum/labor; $154.95 for front disc brake service, including disc pads/resurface rotors/labor.

"Our fleet customers can access not only the FCA portfolio of vehicles, but also a level of service and support that is convenient, affordable and backed by factory-trained technicians and factory approved parts," said Jeff Kommor, FCA's vice president of sales and fleet operations. This is a one-two combination that provides peace of mind to our fleet customers,”

FCA created Mopar Express Lane in 2008 to enable its dealerships to offer fast oil changes and other service. Almost 1,000 FCA US dealerships now offer Mopar Express Lane service.
