Enterprise Fleet Services, which provides full-service fleet management for businesses with small to mid-size fleets, on March 12, presented a three-year lease on a new fully-equipped, extended cab Chevrolet Colorado to Sharon McGee, president of R.M. Mechanical in Austin, Texas. The three-year lease from Enterprise was the grand-prize in the Associated Builders and Contractors’ Member-Get-A-Member Contest.
McGee, who also serves as the current chairman of the ABC-Central Texas Chapter, was selected as the winner in a drawing by ABC’s 2003 national chairman, Eddie Rispone, at the 2004 ABC National Convention in Honolulu, Hawaii. The Member-Get-A-Member contest, which ran between January 1 and December 31, 2003, encouraged current members to recruit qualified new members. Each time an ABC member recruited a new member in 2003, his or her name was entered into the drawing for the grand prize. During the contest, more than 3,400 new members were recruited.
As a partner with ABC, Enterprise provides a program for association members to increase the efficiency of their fleet operations and save money on fleet vehicle purchases, regardless of fleet size and purchase volume.
