Enterprise Adds Spanish Language Capabilities
Enterprise Fleet Services announced that it has added Spanish language capabilities in its national services department.
Enterprise Fleet Services announced that it has added Spanish language capabilities in its national services department. In addition to being able to discuss service and other fleet issues in Spanish with customers, this new bilingual capability also enhances its ability to communicate effectively with automotive service repair shops in predominately Spanish-speaking communities.
As Enterprise Fleet Services continues to add locations across the country, it anticipates a growing demand for bilingual service technicians in its national services department. Enterprise currently has 45 full-service offices nationwide, with approximately 15 percent located in regions with large Hispanic populations.
"Having Spanish language capabilities in our service department has definitely enhanced our ability to provide more personalized service to our customers to meet their needs and respond to their questions," said Bob Schurwan, assistant vice president of Enterprise Fleet Operations.
