ITASCA, IL – Emkay, Inc., has appointed Lawrence Self to the position of national vice president sales. This is a step towards increased expansion and a continued commitment to growth by Emkay.

Self joins Emkay from TCF Equipment Finance, where he served as the vice president of sales and new program development. Prior to TCF, Self held sale leader positions at CNH Capital (sub of Fiat), GE Capital (8 years), as well as IBM Credit Corporation and IBM Corporation (14 years).  In this new role, Self will drive the company's overall sales strategy. He will be responsible for driving market penetration by developing new sales opportunities and coordinating direct and indirect sales strategies into market segments and through territory alignment.
