EMKAY Donates to the Jason McKie Foundation
ITASCA, IL – Daniel Rodriguez, an EMKAY maintenance advisor and member of the National Guard, was presented with a check to be donated to the Jason McKie Foundation in his honor. The Jason McKie foundation raises awareness and funds initiatives to assist military families in need.
ITASCA, IL – EMKAY, Inc. supports our troops and especially one of its own. Daniel Rodriguez, an EMKAY maintenance advisor and member of the National Guard, was honored by the company July 3 for his extreme courage. Rodriguez was presented with a small token of thanks from the EMKAY team, as well as a check to be donated to the Jason McKie Foundation in his honor. The Jason McKie foundation raises awareness and funds initiatives to assist military families in need.
“I am consistently awed by our employees and each of their unique attributes, but when I heard of Daniel’s dedication to our country and his bravery in accepting the call, I felt humbled by his courage,” stated Greg Tepas, president and CEO of EMKAY Inc. “I wanted to find some small way to show him our appreciation, and thank him for his dedication to not only EMKAY, but our entire country.”
Rodriguez will be departing for overseas duty in August. “On behalf of the entire EMKAY team, we wish him and his division good luck, and a safe return,” the company stated in a July 5 press release.
