DriveCam Video Systems, a developer of fleet safety technology, is holding its next DriveCam Academy training course on April 28, in Newark, NJ. Created for DriveCam customers, the DriveCam Academy is a one day course that provides advanced training on driver improvement and incident prevention using the DriveCam safety program. The course is taught by Del Lisk, DriveCam’s vice president of fleet safety services. Areas to be covered in the course include reviewing and analyzing DriveCam recordings, using recordings to counsel drivers and prevent future incidents, advanced driver training techniques, and instruction on the latest version of HindSight 20/20 driver performance management software. Instructor Lisk will apply his experience in driver training and accident prevention to help attendees implement safety policies and procedures in their fleet operations. Lisk has developed many fleet safety programs and has personally delivered training to over 10,000 fleet drivers. “Improving driver behavior is the key to lowering collisions and insurance losses,” said Lisk. The DriveCam Academy will have a limited enrollment, so registrants are asked to register early. Please contact dlisk@drivecam.com or call 1-866-419-5861 for a detailed course overview and enrollment fee information.
