Doyle Promoted to Leadership Role for LeasePlan’s Expanding Maintenance and Repair Management Group

ALPHARETTA, GA - LeasePlan USA is pleased to announce the promotion of 25-year industry veteran, David Doyle, to director, maintenance and repair management.
In this role, he will share the responsibility of managing the maintenance and repair management (MRM) department functions. Specifically, he will be tasked with staffing, coaching and client consultation. He will also oversee the creation of preventive maintenance schedules as well as the training and management of the department's specialized process teams.
These teams are focused on specific vehicle maintenance areas in an effort to provide the expertise required to effectively manage the unique client requirements.
"With the recent expansion of the MRM department we needed an additional person to take on a leadership role. With Dave's contributions to the development of the department, he will be an invaluable asset to the team.
Under his leadership, the maintenance technicians have achieved a 98 percent driver satisfaction rating, which echoes LeasePlan's record high client satisfaction and loyalty ratings," said Tony Blezien, vice president, operations.
The award-winning MRM team, staffed with certified experts, is the strategic hub for assisting hundreds of thousands of drivers across the United States with high-touch, personalized service. In this new role, Doyle will be tasked with ensuring the staff continues to deliver premium service that controls client costs, while keeping drivers safely on the road to perform their job.
Most recently, Doyle served as manager, maintenance and repair management where he facilitated streamlining the company's Maintenance Information Management System, improving maintenance technician efficiency and accuracy. He also collaborated with team members to help client and employee satisfaction scores steadily grow for the last four years.
In addition to Doyle's technical knowledge and extensive industry experience, he also holds a double Master ASE certification for Truck and Automotive. "These vital industry skills will allow Dave to continue refining systems and processes to deliver the highest quality programs and services for our clients," said Blezien.
