Dow Kokam recently announced an agreement with European vehicle manufacturer PVI to supply battery packs to power a fully electric 26-ton refuse truck. Dow Kokam, established in 2009, manufactures advanced energy storage technologies for the transportation and other industries. The company is owned by Dow Chemical Co., TK Advanced Battery LLC and Groupe Industriel Marcel Dassault.
