NORTHBROOK, IL – Donlen Corporation has again been recognized by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) through the organization's annual Global Outsourcing 100 Award. Donlen moved from #63 in the 2007 rankings to #45 for 2008. IAOP has confirmed that Donlen will be recognized in the following categories by FORTUNE magazine:
Best 10 Privately Owned Companies by Revenue.
Best 20 Companies by Service Offered: Customer Relationship Management.
Best 10 Companies by Industry Focus: Administrative & Corporate Services.
Donlen CEO Gary Rappeport said the striking jump in the company's award ranking indicates the impact Donlen's recent initiatives have made in the critical areas of customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
"Over the last year, Donlen has dramatically expanded its strategic consulting team to provide clients with a more thorough analysis of their fleet costs and associated strategies for cost reduction," Rappeport said. "This key competency benefits them with solutions to today's most challenging concerns for fleets. Through benchmarking and analyses, our strategic consultants partner with our clients to identify and help achieve their specific goals."
Through the strategic consulting services, which also utilize the company's proprietary fleet technology, Donlen clients save significant maintenance expenses and reduce fuel utilization and associated CO2 output, Rappeport added.
Each year, the Global Outsourcing 100 Award recognizes outstanding companies who excel in these four key areas:
Size and growth.
Customer references.
Organizational competencies.
Management capabilities.
Relative rankings, selection process details, and company profiles will be published in a special advertising feature, produced by IAOP, in the May 5 FORTUNE 500 issue of FORTUNE magazine.
The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) brings together the world's leading outsourcing customers, providers, and advisors to exchange thought leadership, share best practices, and network to maximize their outsourcing effectiveness as a management tool.
