Donlen announced that DriverPoint Telematics is now fully integrated with Ford 2020 model-year vehicles.
The joint integration uses Ford built-in modems to track driver behavior and capture vehicle and diagnostic data, without the need for an additional physical device. That data is then immediately uploaded to FleetWeb, Donlen’s centralized fleet management platform, providing access to the insights customers need for internal policy improvements, driver coaching and training, and enhanced driver safety.
“Our partnership and integration with Ford will allow Donlen customers with Ford vehicles to access their vehicle and fleet data faster than ever,” said Donlen’s Director of Telematics & Safety Products Elizabeth Rossiter. “Eliminating the challenge of hardware installation by harnessing available technology provides our customers with a better fleet management experience.”
“Working with Donlen to integrate Ford vehicle data into DriverPoint gives fleet professionals a great tool without the hassle of hardware installation” said Michelle Moody, Director at Ford Commercial Solutions. “We’re pleased to support the DriverPoint launch and welcome Donlen as an authorized Ford Data Services provider.”
