Dodge BusinessLink Dealer Commercial has combined with large commercial, moving to Fleet Operations as part of organizational changes at the company designed to focus efforts and resources based on customer requirements.
Changes to the organization include:
Pat Dougherty has been named Director – Dealer Commercial and will assume responsibility for growing dealer commercial business.
Joe Gholston will continue as Director – Large Commercial. His staff will now focus exclusively on the needs of large commercial accounts.
DaimlerChrysler will name a new Senior Manager – Global Fleet Sales in the coming weeks. This position will be responsible for coordinating sales activities across all of DCX brands and coordinating the company’s global capabilities for full line customers or those who want to leverage their global acquisitions.
Al Jackson has been appointed Senior Manager – Government and Alternative Fuel Vehicle Sales, enabling the Large Commercial organization to more exclusively focus on their customers by assuming all Government and AFV field responsibilities.
The reassignment of Frank Dankovich, Senior Manager Daily Rental/DRAC to Keith Helfrich, Director – Remarketing, Rental & CPOV, will bring focus to all of these complimentary activities, the company says.
Lisa Way has been appointed Senior Manager – Business Relationships and will expand customer service from a distribution focus, to a one-stop resource servicing all of the needs of the customer base.
Mark Bosanac was appointed Director – Product Planning & Development, working with a product development team to ensure the company brings the most appropriate commercial products to market.
Bick Pratt, the new Senior Manager, will coordinate the activities of Strategy, Business Development, Marketing, Research, Incentives, and Technology to ensure cohesiveness across disciplines.
