DaimlerChrysler Services Truck Finance Offers Online Payments to Commercial Vehicle Customers
DaimlerChrysler Services (DCS) Truck Finance, a business unit of DaimlerChrysler Services North America, is offering its customers the ease of online payments through its Web site DCSTrucks.com.
DaimlerChrysler Services (DCS) Truck Finance, a business unit of DaimlerChrysler Services North America, is offering its customers the ease of online payments through its Web site DCSTrucks.com. This new feature, called EasyPayment, is the first of its kind to be offered by a commercial vehicle division of a captive finance provider. Since its launch, in July 2003, the site has experienced a consistent increase in usage resulting in the processing of more than $1.5 million in transactions. In addition to making payments online, customers can also view previous payments and account status information. EasyPayment was implemented as a result of the synergies identified across the brands of DaimlerChrysler Services. The system utilizes technology currently being used by Chrysler Financial and Mercedes-Benz Credit.
