Sheri Bonsall, manager, corporate travel & fleet services for the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies in Warren, N.J., was the lucky winner of a drawing at Fleet Expo 2003 that won her a demo of a new Saab 9-3 Sport Sedan for the next six months. Bonsall took delivery of her vehicle Oct. 13. Fleet Expo 2003, produced by Bobit Publishing, was held Oct. 7-9, 2003, at the Meadowlands Convention Center in Secaucus. The drawing was sponsored by Saab Cars USA.

“This was the first big fleet event I ever attended,” said Bonsall, who was appointed to her current position only last Aug. 1. “This is my first time in fleet. This was my first big fleet event and I win a Saab.” Bonsall is no stranger to good fortune. A year ago, while attending a travel management event, Bonsall won a trip to Hawaii. Prior to that, she won a trip to Italy in another contest.

Asked about her plans for the Saab 9-3, Bonsall said, “I’m just going to have some fun with it. It’s a fun car.” She added, “I want to thank Mitch Kamon (Saab’s commercial fleet/dealers account manager) and all the other people at Saab for this great opportunity.”

Bonsall manages a fleet of 1,300 vehicles for Chubb, in addition managing the company’s corporate travel.
