Arthur Liggio, national director of sales and marketing for CEI, was a presenter at the 9th annual Cable Risk Managers Conference held in Washington, DC on March 7-8, 2002. Liggio addressed broadband/cable risk managers and safety professionals on motor vehicle record (MVR) checks, vicarious liability, and driver privacy regulations (Fair Credit Reporting Act - FCRA) as it relates to the use of MVR reports. Attendees were also introduced to CEI-Protect, a new Web-based fleet safety technology in which collected data, risk analysis, and driver remediation and training are delivered through the Internet.
