CEI Names Ryan Dicken Midwest Sales Manager
TREVOSE, PA - Dicken comes to CEI from Union Leasing, where he also held the position of Midwest regional sales manager. He will be based in Lake of the Hills, Ill.

TREVOSE, PA – The CEI Group, Inc. (CEI), a provider of fleet accident and risk management services, announced it appointed Ryan Dicken to the position of Midwest regional sales manager.
Dicken comes to CEI from Union Leasing, where he also held the position of Midwest regional sales manager, according to CEI. His experience also includes four years at Donlen Corporation, where he was vice president of business development, and four years at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
“Ryan’s years of experience in the automotive leasing and rental businesses gives him keen insight into the needs that fleets have for efficient accident management and effective risk management and driver safety programs,” said Vincent Brigidi, CEI’s president and chief operating officer.
Dicken will be based in Lake of the Hills, Ill. A member of the NAFA Fleet Management Association, Dicken is married and has two children, aged 6 and 2. An avid golfer and softball player, he also coaches his son’s Little League baseball team.
