The site asks for a vehicle’s make, model, and year before providing the recommendation. Using the site is free.
Fleet managers interested in finding recommended oil-change interval information can quickly look up vehicle-specific information, which makes it easier to benchmark oil-change related costs based on manufacturer recommendations.
Also related to oil changes, some fleets are seeing as much as a 20% discount in the cost of synthetic oils by working with certain national providers, according to a recent news story on oil-drain intervals.
