THOUSAND OAKS, CA --- Biotech company Ceres has begun harvesting new switchgrass and sorghum seeds for its first foray into the biofuel feedstock market, the company told Greentech Media.
During a recent biofuel seminar with General Motors at Ceres' corporate headquarters in Thousand Oaks, Calif., the company revealed plans to place the seeds on sale -- in time for the spring planning season in the U.S.
