Barnes Joins Flexco Fleet Services as VP of Business Development
Sherry Barnes has joined Flexco Fleet Services as vice president business development and will head up the public fleet division.
Sherry Barnes has joined Flexco Fleet Services as vice president business development and will head up the public fleet division.
Barnes comes to Flexco with more than 12 years experience in the fleet industry, including several years in government fleet, working as operations supervisor at Penn State University, where she managed the daily rental fleet of more than 300 cars.
She also held the position of director of transportation and parking at Ohio University where she developed new programs and services related to fleet operations, maintenance facility, fueling station, charter bus operations, and parking for the university campus.
Her background also includes experience in corporate fleet, serving as the fleet liaison for Wendy’s International, Inc. in Dublin, Ohio.
Barnes is responsible for developing the business plan for the continued growth of customers in the government and university markets at Flexco, as well as for providing management solutions that best serve fleet managers.
